The Barony of the Flame welcomes you to our annual 12th night! Twelfth Night is a casual, potluck style event. The event will be held on January 6, 2024.
Potluck
Please bring a dish to share with the barony. Food will be served around 5:30 pm.
White Elephant (Dirty Santa)
Each year we do a gift exchange where participants have the opportunity to “steal” gifts from on another. If you would like to participate, please bring an SCA themed, wrapped gift that cost under $20. Please no inappropriate or gag gifts, as children may participate.
A&S Championship
The A&S championship theme this year is humor. This includes any project the invokes a laugh, such as funny embroidery or illumination, or even a story about making your project. Projects do not have to be complete to be entered. Bring your project or story to participate.
Bardic Championship
This year’s Bardic Championship theme is bardcore. This is turning a modern song into a period piece or vice versa. To participate, bring your music and be prepared to play it in front of the Barony.
Cooking Championship
This year’s bardic Cooking Championship theme is Middle Eastern cuisine. Bring a period Middle Eastern dish to the event to participate.

Fee
Please bring a food item to donate to the church.
Important Notes
- Garb is encouraged but not required! The church is very beautiful and would be an excellent backdrop for pictures of you in your garb.
- This is a dry site.
- If you have SCA items that you would like to re-home, this is a great event to do so.
